[IOSDevicePort] Change how layout tests path is determined.

The existing code to determine the layout tests path when using
IOSDevicePort has bit rotted. This PR pulls the path from
apple_additions.

(IOSDevicePort.abspath_for_test): Pull layout tests path from apple_additions.
