Fix WPT font-style-valid test: serialize "oblique 14deg" as it is.

Reviewed by Tim Nguyen.
As of today, there is no resolution/spec changes to enforce
`font-style: oblique 14deg` to be serialized as `oblique` [1].
We should update the WPT test to reflect the current state of spec.
WebKit already complies with that behavior.
