[GTK][WPE] Rename DMABufFormat to BufferFormat

Reviewed by Carlos Garcia Campos.
Rename DMABufFormat to BufferFormat, and accordingly
::dmabufFormat[ForVideo]() methods as ::bufferFormat[ForVideo].
While at it, take WebCore::FourCC into usage.
