[CMake] Further cleanup now that the GLib find-module uses imported targets

Remove further uses of the CMake GLIBCONFIG_INCLUDE_DIR,
GLIB_INCLUDE_DIR(S), GLIB_LIBRARIES, GLIB_GMODULE_LIBRARIES, and
GIO_UNIX_INCLUDE_DIRS which were leftover from 300750@main.
