[GLIB] Remove erroneous test expectation for basic-ascii.html

Unreviewed gardening.
This test is actually failing because of a bug in libsoup 3.6.6 that was fixed
in 3.6.7.
The expectation is wrong. Remove it and mark the failure instead.
