[WKCI][ews-build.webkit.org][WPE] Add 3 more workers to the queue
WPE-Build-EWS

Reviewed by Ryan Haddad.
Lately the queue WPE-Build-EWS is taking longer to process the builds and those
accumulate.
Adding 3 more workers will relieve preassure. This queue was 1 bot shorter than
the GTK-Build
one, but now it will have 2 workers more (5 vs 7).
