[GLIB][JSC] Update test262 string-upper-lower-mapping.js data for Unicode 17
Unreviewed gardening.
U+A7CE and U+A7CF form a case pair since Unicode 16 and JavaScriptCore maps
them correctly, but the imported test data expected each character to map to
itself. Update the data to its Unicode 17 form, matching the upstream test262
rebaseline, so the test passes on the WPE stable branch.
