[GTK][WPE] Gardening of tests - 2026-07-24

Unreviewed gardening.
Move the scroll-snap, sticky and scrollbar reftest expectations from wpe to
glib: they have always failed on WPE and the GTK bots now reproduce them since
317862@main enabled async overflow scrolling for GTK WPTs.
