[interactive-widget] resizes-content-keyboard-scroll.html fails on iPadOS

The test currently hardcodes the scroll y position, which fails on iPad. To
make the test device-agnostic, copy what overlays-content-keyboard-scroll.html
does and calculate the scroll y position instead.
