[Text Extraction] Adjust how targets with aria-disabled are represented in
extraction results

Make two minor adjustments:
- Use represent `aria-disabled=true` with a single token, `disabled`.
- If `aria-disabled` is the only attribute present on a container node, skip
it in the extraction
output entirely.
