[CMake] TestWebKitAPI on Cocoa is missing WebProcessPlugInWithInternals and
doesn't declare its staged lib_TestingInterop.dylib

WebPageConfiguration+Extras.swift refers to WebProcessPlugInWithInternals.self,
so the
TestWebKitAPI binary needs that class at link time. Like the Xcode project,
compile
WebProcessPlugInWithInternals.mm into TestWebKitAPILibrary, and link the
library to
WebKit::WebCoreTestSupport so the file can find WebCoreTestSupport.h.
Also stage lib_TestingInterop.dylib with `cmake -E copy_if_different`, so Ninja
knows
which rule produces it.
