REGRESSION(322043@main): [GTK][WPE] run-mvt-tests fails with AttributeError:
'Namespace' object has no attribute 'browser_name'

322043@main removed the --browser-name option, but main() and MVTWebDriverRunner
still read args.browser_name, so the script exits before running any test.
MiniBrowser is now the only browser, so remove the remaining uses: the
WPE_BROWSER
environment variable is no longer read by anything, and the browserName
WebDriver
capability only restricted which browser the session accepts.
Also drop the other leftover WPE_BROWSER uses: the run-benchmark WPE MiniBrowser
driver still set it, and the profiling documentation still mentioned it.
