    [GStreamer] Web Audio sent through MediaStreamAudioDestinationNode to an
audio element plays silence
    https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325697

    Reviewed by Xabier Rodriguez-Calvar.

    Silence was rendered on the audio sink because it was detecting buffers as
gaps. The mediastream
    media player runs on the system clock, so it expects timestamps to have a
non-zero base time. The
    MediaStreamAudioSource wasn't applying that base time. Driving-by, set a
valid duration on buffers
    and add basic GStreamer logging scaffolding.

    RemoteInspector::setup: Ignore Setup for a target that already has a
connection
    https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326023

    Reviewed by Devin Rousso.

    The Cocoa implementation (RemoteInspector::receivedSetupMessage in
    cocoa/RemoteInspectorCocoa.mm) ignores a Setup message for a target that
    already has a connection. Do the same in the GLib and Socket implementations
    instead of replacing the existing connection.
