AppKitGesturesTests.Basic.pressDragOnExistingSelectionDoesNotExtendSelection
is consistently timing out
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326149
rdar://189044366
Reviewed by Richard Robinson.
Currently, the test throws up a context menu, and the drag sequence at
the end is released _over_ the top-most item of this context menu. This
happens to be the "Look Up" item, which then presents the look up panel
and the test simply times out.
As a mitigation, we run this same test over longer text context, so that
the drag can end outside of the bounds of the context menu. Also, we
slightly bump the long click time to allow for drag duration hysteresis
to reliably work.
