[AXCustomColorMode] Make it possible to do paint-time transformations of
images

When AXCustomColorMode is active, make it possible to do paint-time
transformations
of images by classifying the image contents. Possible transformations are listed
in ImagePaintTimeTransformation.
For now we only transform content images, not CSS images, or those drawn into
canvas.
