[Image Redux] Use Style::Image::draw() to rasterize shape-outside's image

Adds an overload of LayoutShape::createRasterShape() that takes a Style::Image
so that we can remove one
of the remaining uses of Style::Image::image() left from ShapeOutsideInfo.
The overload taking a WebCore::Image remains for InteractionRegion.
