[Image Redux] Match spec and use natural dimensions in
LargestContentfulPaintData::effectiveVisualArea

Match the spec and use natural dimensions in
LargestContentfulPaintData::effectiveVisualArea().
This causes a subtle change in behavior for SVG images with a single dimension
specified which
is tested in the new layout test.
