Web Inspector: clear the active call frame when its target is removed

(WI.DebuggerManager.prototype._targetRemoved):
Clear the active `WI.CallFrame` when its `WI.Target` is removed/destroyed so
consumers can't keep using it while another `WI.Target` remains paused.
