[iOS 27] News app hangs when trying to fill out Mini Crossword puzzle using a
hardware keyboard

Due to a UIKit bug (rdar://189235007) that causes spurious keyboard
notifications to be sent
whenever a custom input accessory view lays out (even when the bounds don't
change), attempting to
use a hardware keyboard in the News app (with an input accessory view present,
in the Mini Crossword
puzzle) may trigger an infinite loop where layout triggers a keyboard
notification, which then
causes WebKit to call into `-_adjustForAutomaticKeyboardInfo` which (in turn)
may trigger layout.
The root cause is tracked by the UIKit bug above (rdar://189235007); however,
fixing this in UIKit
might be too risky in the short term. For now, try to work around this from
within WebKit with a
temporary hack to coalesce calls to `-_adjustForAutomaticKeyboardInfo` when
receiving these
notifications.
