[JSC] Read the Collector's heap through heap()

Currently a Collector refers to only one Heap, but eventually a Collector
will cover a set of heaps, and those uses will change, a few at a time
to handle a collection across multiple Heaps. Read the heap through
heap() everywhere first, so that each later change touches only the
sites it is about.
No behavior change.
