[GFC] Resolve percentage rows against the block size when estimating row
sizes for column sizing
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326419
rdar://problem/189230010
Reviewed by Alan Baradlay.
When sizing the grid columns, a grid item whose inline-axis contribution
depends on the available space in the block axis is given an estimate of
its grid area's block size: any row with a definite max track sizing
function is assumed to have that size, and all other rows are assumed to
be infinite.
rowSizesForFirstIterationColumnSizing resolved percentage and calc() max
track sizing functions of these rows against the grid container's inline
size which is incorrect since they should be resolved against the block
size.
No behavior change. We currently do not allow content which would rely
on these estimates to run through GFC so it is not observable or
testable.
