Web Inspector: Elements: include the host when pushing a pseudo element

(WebCore::InspectorDOMAgent::innerParentNode):
Include the host in the ancestor path so node removal and document reload also
unbind the pseudo element.
* LayoutTests/inspector/dom/pseudo-element-request-node.html: Added.
* LayoutTests/inspector/dom/pseudo-element-request-node-expected.txt: Added.
