[CMake] CLANG_TIME_TRACE does not trace Objective-C and Objective-C++ files

Reviewed by Pascoe.
-DCLANG_TIME_TRACE=ON only added -ftime-trace to the C and C++ flags, so the
Objective-C and Objective-C++ sources produced no traces. Add it to their flags
too.
