WPT: drop .tentative from the SVG list getItem identity tests

Reviewed by Anne van Kesteren.
The three tests added in bug 323065 were .tentative while
https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/1169 was open. SVG 2 now states
the requirement in the List interfaces preamble (#ListItemIdentity),
so they lose the suffix and point at it. No subtest changes; the
baselines are renamed as they are.
Also corrects a comment in SameObject-identity.html that said
SVGTransformList.getItem is not required to return the same object.
This will be exported to WPT.
