[LBSE] Support pointer-events: bounding-box on SVG text

LBSE only hit-tested the glyphs of SVG text, ignoring pointer-events:
bounding-box. Fall back to the text bounding box when no glyph is hit.
This exposed a second bug: if no child of a layered container is hit in
DOM order, RenderSVGContainer::nodeAtPoint() tests the children again,
ignoring their transforms. Transformed children were already tested
correctly in DOM order, so skip them there.
