[IFC][SVG text] Dump physical box sizes

Match legacy output.
Also fix hit-testing of vertical cases with layer-based SVG engine enabled.

Use the physical fragment boundaries for the prefilter, in the same coordinate
space as the fragment test.

Dump the physical root box size with IFC. Legacy SVG root boxes store it in the
logical dimensions.
