Log Message:
-----------
[linux] Do not set high priority for non-utility threads
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324270
Reviewed by Carlos Alberto Lopez Perez.
When we run a bunch of jsc instances during stress tests, we exhaust
the number of rtkit requests the daemon can handle. Morally, a high
priority is a scarce resource that should be centrally coordinated. This
patch reverts this behaviour back to the previous behaviour with
RT threads, where only a few small helper threads can request such a
high priority.
