[CMake] Merge WebKitAdditions' localized strings into WebCore on macOS

Reviewed by Zak Ridouh.
WKA provides additional localizes strings which need to be incorporated
into WebCore. Call the same preprocessing script that Xcode does, based
on concatenating the open source and internal .strings files together.
Fixes test issues such as a crash in http/tests/iframe-monitor.
Also install WebKit.framework's en.lproj/InfoPlist.strings, as Xcode does.
