[Windows] Build fix after 323190@main
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326987
Unreviewed build fix.
323190@main made WebBackForwardList.swift take a WebKit.BrowsingContextGroup
parameter. Swift on Windows only sees a forward declaration of that class,
because the full definition reaches Swift on Cocoa through Objective-C-only
modules. Include BrowsingContextGroup.h from the header that exposes C++ to
WebBackForwardList.swift, so that the type can be imported on all platforms.
