REGRESSION(322403@main): [ iOS ] media/media-session-restrictions.html is a
constant failure (TEXT)

322403@main changed the ramSize() returned to the iOS simulator from <1 GB to
1.5 GB to better match
the baseline WebProcess jetsam level on physical iOS devices. This is greater
than
systemMemoryRequiredForVideoInBackgroundTabs (1 GB), so we need to rebaseline
the expectations to
not expect the BackgroundTabPlaybackRestricted restriction on the iOS sim.
