[JSC] Use DirectCall when polymorphic inlining fails

Reviewed by Dan Hecht.
We gave up polymorphic inlining when we failed to inline one call
variant. But we should just use DirectCall for that and continue using
inlining for the rest. This patch adds
emitDirectCallForPolymorphicCallVariant which tries to use DirectCall
when inlining failed in polymorphic inlining as we already checked the
callee via switch.
