[AXCustomColorMode] Record a text backdrop for table row backgrounds

A table row's background is painted by its cells rather than by the row, so no
text
backdrop was recorded for it. Record it over the row's own border box in the
collect
phase, covering both the contiguous and dirty cell paths.
