Unifiy the definition of UNREACHABLE_FOR_PLATFORM

* wtf/Assertions.h:
(UNREACHABLE_FOR_PLATFORM): Use the macro for clang as well. Its expansion includes
__attribute((__noreturn__)) so the pragmas are unnecessary.
