I don't mind adding a keyword. But I'm not found of the word "meta"
for this purpose. Something like "IsBugCollection" might be more in
keeping with our other keywords.
It would be fine to mark a bug that's a collection of other bugs as
such, but why is a keyword helpful for this? Will we use this keyword
to create queries?
