Hello,

As the outcome of earlier discussions, from http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/91766 on Qt5 became a hard dependency for building Qt WebKit2. From now on neither the core Qt Linux Release bot nor the Qt EWS are building with WebKit2 enabled. The only bot building and testing WebKit2 is http://build.webkit.sed.hu/waterfall?show=x86-32%20Linux%20Qt%20Release%20WebKit2, which currently seems to have the same differences in results compared to Qt 4.7 as the http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/91000 rebaseline for Qt 4.8 had.

It is safe now to land the patch from https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62969 and follow-ups, but since this WK2 bot is not a core builder, it needs the distinguished attention of QtWebKit developers during the Qt5 related stabilization process. The plan is to update the Qt5 environment of the bot regularly (most probably once a week).

BR,
Andras
