Yes, after some fidling with download / upload, it seems  .PO is actually
the only format that works. XLIFF and XLIFF v1.2 fails too. Can you
elaborate what you mean by "it might require extra config care w/r/t PO" ?
I didn't understand you.
I could reproduce problem also using online demo.
