The weblocks package uses both the CL package and the C2MOP package.
To avoid the conflicts, it then shadows some of the CL symbols.
However, this causes a problem on Closer-MOP/ClozureCL, because it has
an additional export of C2MOP:STANDARD-METHOD not seen on other
implementations.

My impression is that closer-mop's CLOSER-COMMON-LISP package is meant
to be used instead of using both CL and C2MOP, but I think the problem
could also be eliminated by shadowing STANDARD-METHOD, too, in the
defpackage form.
