what do you think would be more useful, a video or a blog format? ISTR some of the lispcast episodes were dedicated to weblocks.. have you seen those? also there's bloggo ergo sum http://bloggoergosum.com/2009/02/12/a-simple-weblocks-application/ which has some screencasts too. And here is obakechan's original blog app extended, but it suffers from the same lack of explanatory text. It does attempt to answer a common navigation-related issue people seem to have with weblocks, although I don't know if it succeeds. https://github.com/nunb/resty-weblocgks weblocks has changed quite a bit, and quicklisp makes setup easier.
