https://github.com/nunb/weblocks-tutorial attempts the above. It is *very 
simplistic*, but every commit compiles, and is reflected by an explanation 
in a file named design.txt

install-run.txt in the same repo has a set of instructions for quicklisp. We 
could have requests for what to pursue next in this NG or hosted in a 
weblocks app.
