That said, my thinking on new proposal notifications is that they're not as useful as they may sound. There are so many Open Source projects out there that the probability of an arbitrary one being interesting to any given person is relatively small. Therefore, I expect that by far the most common way that potential contributors will learn about new proposals is that they'll already be part of the user community for some project, and an announcement will go out on that project's mailing list (or whatever). For example, there are (alas) not too many people in the world who would be interested in supporting a proposal for a Weblocks extension, so telling all BountyOSS users about such a proposal would be rather superfluous; clearly, this Google group is the best way to reach such people. Still and all, if there are BountyOSS users who really want to subscribe to a new proposal feed, I'm more than happy to add the feature.
