Hello group. Last steps in developing weblocks were related to internationalization. Currently I have covered much of weblocks code with translation functions and have application mostly translated into russian. I'm using own app for translation process which is not yet ready to be released. Here is how I see future of weblocks internationalization. Each widget will have own translation table. Table will be defined in code and will work with English out of the box. When we would need to translate widget into other languages we would open translation interface which will show all strings to be translated for given widget. For each string there will be few variants. If string depends on some items count then there will be few variants of translation for different count, for example "Deleted 1 item", "Deleted 2 items". Example is quite simple. In fact there are much complex stuff and it should be simplified with appropriate interface. Thanks for attention, suggestions and comments are welcome.
