IIRC, on 10.4 client there is more manual work to do.
I normally don't deal with this stuff but the server admin is
currently unavailable, anyway, the term "configure Apache" doesn't
strike a chord. Pathetic, I know.

/etc/httpd/httpd.conf is where the problem is. Diff that against
a machine that works.
This has done it. Guido, mentioned "Directory / directive", in the
meanwhile I've found:

And am about to dive into it. I guess that is all I need?
Maybe not. Check that your httpd.conf file an AddModule and
LoadModule line for mod_webobjects. If those are there, that is page
is what you need.
