Don't do it like that. Configure the same application in JavaMonitor
twice (the .woa name does not have to match the name in Java Monitor)
with different configurations. Use Apache virtual hosts to ensure
that requests through a specific IP use the correct application name.

Hello Mark,
I am after some help to create two sites in one machine. Each site
has its own ip address. The document in http://developer.apple.com/documentation/WebObjects/Deployment/Deploying_Applications/
does not detail the steps for that. My specific question is how we
can create an additional wotaskd process to create a second site (a
separate group of wotaskd processes). I think I can do the rest if I
know that. My environment is Mac OS Xserver 10.5.6 with webobjects
version 5.4.3 and apache 2.2.
Any details will be appreciated. I really need your help to resolve
that.

different static ip addresses and each one access a different
database. Each ip address has to a different DNS. I followed the
webobjects deployment guide and used apache.conf to define the WO
adaptor as following:
WebObjectsConfig http://<ip-address1>:1085,http://<ip-address 2>:
1085 10
I configured the java monitor for both ip addresses. Only one
application can start from one ip address while the other one is
keep failing and can’t be started.
Wondering if anyone can help with some information to fix that
problem or reconfigure the environment properly. Thx
