JavaMonitor will manage the port numbers. A port number is unique on
a machine. You will configure the WOHost in JavaMonitor.

JavaMonitor twice (the .woa name does not have to match the name in
Java Monitor) with different configurations. Use Apache virtual
hosts to ensure that requests through a specific IP use the correct
application name.
