Thank you Pascal and David,
for your very fast response.

Your answers and the "new" information regarding to the xcode licence 
agreements set the ball rolling in my company. 

We know have 2 options: First looking for an alternative for WO 
or second the company have to buy for the developers brillant MACs. 

I hope they choose the second one. :-)
