Are you still using this approach? I spent some time this afternoon trying to 
get this working with Upstart on Amazon Linux (where 0.6.5 is still the default 
version of Upstart), but didn’t get very far. I started just with wotaskd, and 
although I could get it to launch on boot, I couldn’t:

* Manually stop wotaskd with “sudo stop wotaskd”—this would just hang.

* Get Upstart to respawn wotaskd if I killed the process manually.

Is there any chance you could go into your setup here with more detail?
