Did you try deleting (backing up first) the preference file of
interface builder?
Xavier
Here is what I get in the console for trying to load the palette:

I don't really see what I can do. I tried changing country to US in
the preferences panel but didn't change anything!

Well,
Probably the right direction, but it didn't work.
When I try to load the palette (EnterpriseObjects), it gives me
the following error:
"The Enterprise Objects Framework can't be initialized correctly!"
Then, IB freezes and I have to kill it.
I followed what was said in the release notes but I didn't manage
to delete any previous reference to the palette because it didn't
exist.
I am stuck!

Hi Alex,
are you talking about the palette for Interface Builder?
if it's the case, I think there's something in the release note.
I think it has been moved, but it's still there. Have a look at
the release note and/or KBase.

Hello,
I just installed the latest.
It looks like the JavaEOPalette necessary for JavaClient is
missing. Is it replace? Somewhere else? Can I recuperate a
previous version?
Thanks,
Alex
