Thanks!

I added the jar file explicitly within this plist file now.
Still no luck. I still get the same error message.

Within the error message it now even mentions the new addition within the 
classpath....C:/Apple/Library/Java/Extensions/postgresql.jar in the end... and 
that is where the file also resides.
