Jerry,
tacow == Toronto Area Cocoa and WebObjects Developer Group
It may be a bit of a convoluted acronym, but it's easy to pronounce,
and, since we keep it lowercase, it's easy to type. Besides,
www.tacow.org was available cheap. :-)

Hi, David,
tacow = Toronto Area Cocoa Objects Web?

This is a common refrain I'm afraid. This was one reason Karl and I
formed tacow. Besides having a quarterly geekfest, it allows us to
build a community and stay in touch with our fellow WO and Cocoa
developers. So the next time one of us faces a client expressing
doubt about our ability to deliver a suitable sized team we have
some ammunition.
