Hmm, on my WO 5.3.3 partition, I find nothing but old wojavaclient.jar. These don't appear to have been updated, yet they do contain time zone data in zoneinfo.zip.
One should be able to update the time zone data in all copies of wojavaclient.jar following the instructions in http:// docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305219.
